The Storm Is Coming! Southeast K1 Championship (SKC) Presents SKC 5: A Night of Explosive Kickboxing Action!

Southeast K1 Championship (SKC), the esteemed authority in kickboxing across the Southeast, proudly announces the return of its highly anticipated event, SKC 5! Set to take place at The Foundry at Judson Mill in Greenville, SC on Saturday, May 11, 2024, SKC 5 promises an evening of unparalleled excitement and adrenaline-pumping competition. Headlining this blockbuster event is a clash of titans in the professional kickboxing scene. Atlanta's own Walter McCord, a formidable force in the ring, squares off against Karate Combat veteran Gabriel Diaz for the prestigious SKC 139lb Super Lightweight Championship. Their showdown is expected to set the arena on fire as they vie for supremacy in the ring.

In the co-main event, current SKC 173lb Light Heavyweight Champion AJ Weathersby steps into the ring for his first title defense against rising prospect Derrick Smith, promising an electrifying battle that fans won't want to miss.

Adding to the excitement, SKC 5 features an array of high-stakes matchups, including amateur kickboxing title bouts. SKC 132lb Lightweight Champion Charlie Miller defends his title against New York's top kickboxer Kris Anders in a showdown set to showcase skill, determination, and heart.

Furthermore, the adrenaline will be at its peak with the return of the highly anticipated K1NG of the RING Tournament in the 125lb Featherweight Division. Kamren Burton, Tremaine Davenport, Darryl Campbell, and John Yaros will go head-to-head in a thrilling four-man, one-night tournament, vying for the championship belt.

Rounding out the action-packed card is a battle between two of the nation's top teenage prospects, Malik Parissou and Ace Hernandez, as they compete for the WKA USA Youth K1 Title.
